Director M. Night Shyamalan has seen better days in the horror world. Either you love him or hate him, there is pretty much no in between. However, Shyamalan is not one to die down easily and resurrected his name in the industry with sleeper hit THE VISIT. Running amuck in the rumour mill is the highly anticipated (well, for me) “Tales from the Crypt” reboot. It appears though that the vault has yet to unleash monsters and demons and there hasn’t been any new news of late.

As told to DigitalSpy, Shyamalan exclaimed, “My boys who do Stranger Things, they did Wayward Pines for me,” he said. “They were round my house and I was like, ‘Well, you can hire me back guys!‘”

Shyamalan has expressed interest in directing episodes of season 2 of “Stranger Things” for good measure. The Duffer brothers worked with him on “Wayward Pines.”  The success of the hit show, has brought forward a cult following and obsessive binging; not faulting either of the two.

We will report on more details as they emerge. But, let’s take a moment to revel in the beauty that is “Stranger Things.”
