I see a psychological moon arising and it’s shining its light on the upcoming Blanc-Biehn production, ‘THE GIRL’…
Blanc-Behn Productions have secured a spot at The Burbank Festival, slotted for Friday, September 9th. THE GIRL — Directed by Jennifer Blanc-Biehn — follows a kidnapped girl — played by Evie Louise Thompson (BOYHOOD) — who is taken by a
psychopath (Michael Biehn) and kept in a backyard shed. All hell breaks loose, when the son of Biehn’s character — played by Tristan DeVan — decides to release The Girl — which is the billed title for Evie’s character. To show her appreciation, The Girl decides to take Tommy away from his chaotic environment but opens up a new set of nightmares.
To kick off the festivities, there will be a celebrity red-carpet event, starting at 8 PM; then director Blanc-Biehn will take the stage, with Michael Biehn and Tia Carrere — who plays The Mother in the film — to introduce the film. Following the viewing there will be an afterparty: complete with Open bar, DJ, Dancing, Musical performances and a ton more.
