The horror news has just been brimming with excitement lately! And, of course, no horror news would be complete without the mention of our friend John Carpenter. Filmmakers, get out your notebooks and cameras, it is time to get cracking!
Robert Rodriguez’s El Rey Network recently announced “The People’s Network Showcase,” a series dedicated to showcasing short works from independent filmmakers. Quarterly, two episodes catered to a dedicated genre, will air to audiences.
Horror Icon, John Carpenter will host a special, premiere kickoff aptly named, The People’s Network Showcase: Horror Edition, October, 30th, 8:00 PM, EST. The episode will be geared towards ten shorts as part of El Rey’s month-long “Blood, Sweat and Fears” horror programming.
